Instruction manual: Online application for leave of absence

From now on you can apply online for your leave of absence e.g. for the respective coming semester via MeinCampus.

The previous process via paper application is eliminated without replacement.

1. Step - Request leave of absence

Please use the following path Service → Requests → Leave of absence
or the icon Leave of absence.

You choose Leave of absence and get this input mask. Please choose „Create new request“

Next: please choose the right reason for your request via combo-box. For example, you select the upcoming semester for which you want us to grant you leave of absence. Then you upload all the documents required for your application using the upload function. You confirm your details and submit the application. From this step on, the Study Department will take over the further processing and you will promptly receive a notification sent to the correspondence e-mail address stored under MyCampus (e.g. university e-mail address).
