Student fees: Paying procedures for university entries
Semester fees (student union fee of 62 € and semester ticket for 30 €) are paid by setting up a direct debit order via MeinCampus.
Choose the following option from the menu: „My Studies“ → „Student Service“
or the icon „Student Service“ on the start page
Enter the valid IBAN of the account to be used. In the case of a foreign bank account, the BIC is required in addition.
This mandate may be used only once (for a re-enrolment process). For a new re-enrolment (e.g. for a future semester), your bank account details must be entered again. In the event that the direct debit cannot be carried out (e.g. due to insufficient over or an incorrect IBAN), you must also set up a new mandate before setting up the direct debit.
If you spot a mistake in the IBAN, please notify us at once, e.g. by emailing studienamt@hs-kempten.de, as only we can delete the details you have entered. Please do not send us the correct account details by email for data protection reasons. administration office
Under “Direct debit order”: Tick the box to link the direct debit mandate to the invoice for the semester fee.
You will now be shown a pre-notification of the withdrawal from your account. By ticking the box, you confirm that you will ensure sufficient funds are in your account to cover the payment by the advised date.
After successfully completing the payment process, you will see the following message. Academic Registry will present your direct debit mandate to be processed by your bank on the indicated date. Please note:
Even so, the semester fee can only be debited from your account by the deadline if all the criteria are met, e.g. the correct IBAN has been entered and sufficient funds are in your account to cover the payment on the day. Banks can regularly take 8 10 working days to process your direct debit instruction.
