Student fees: Paying procedures for university entries

Semester fees (student union fee of 52 € and semester ticket for 30 €) are paid by setting up a direct debit order via MeinCampus.

Choose the following option from the menu: „My Studies“ → „Student Service“
or the icon „Studentservice“ on the start page


and then the function “Bills and payments” (see arrow )


This function shows your actual semester and the semester fee to be paid for the coming semester to the amount of 82 €. You will also see the status of your payment. The „Information“ function provide additional explanations if needed. Please select “Direct debit order”.


Enter the valid IBAN of the account to be used. In the case of a foreign bank account, the BIC is required in addition. Then click on the function “single mandate”. This mandate may be used only once (for a re-enrolment process). For a new re-enrolment (e.g. for a future semester), your bank account details must be entered again. In the event that the direct debit cannot be carried out (e.g. due to insufficient over or an incorrect IBAN), you must also set up a new mandate before setting up the direct debit. Please note that after confirming your bank data, you may no longer make any changes (e.g. transposed digits, old/incorrect bank account number, etc.). In such cases, please contact student administration office administration office of the Hochschule Kempten in confidence.


Then you can print out a checklist concerning the mandate granted, for your own documentation. Go ahead by clicking the „Back“ button

Arrows: Here you approve in two steps the direct debit order for the respective coming semester. Additional informations about your direct debit order (such as processing status) can be found in the status bar.


Confirm the announcement with “Accept” (arrow).


Final steps: confirm the announcement with “Accept” and conclude the process with “Confirm” (see arrows). Confirmation of your successful re-enrolment will be displayed as a permanently message in red under the menu point “Student Status”. Please note: Your enrolment is successful only when the semester fee has actually been paid by means of the direct debit order.

Now, via “Bescheinigungen” you can download or print out your enrolment receipt(s) as usual. Other certificates and templates are also available here. This does not affect the reprinting of enrolment certificates from past semesters, and can be carried out no later than 365 days after the end of membership of the Hochschule Kempten (“exmatriculation”).
